Parrish completed a major renovation by turning the existing Oglethorpe Elementary School into the new APS Administration Facility and Family Support Hub in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The scope of work included all new MEP upgrades, new parking lot, and upgrades to the existing parking lots, and all new upgrades to major finishes.
