The new 224,800 square foot elementary school included significant utility infrastructure improvements, including installation of a 200,000-gallon water storage tank, booster pump station, and control building to provide reliable water service to a previously undeveloped area. This work supported both the new school and future growth while ensuring long-term system reliability.
