The new Flint headquarters is a 44,500 SF building located in Reynolds, GA. This project was built in two phases to accommodate the daily operations of the existing headquarters located on the same site. Phase 1 consisted of the main lobby, main member service area, and offices for all employees. Flint then moved into the new building, allowing us to begin Phase 2 which included transforming their old facility into an auditorium. Specialty areas include a fire-proof solid concrete record vault, a commercial-size kitchen, and several break rooms.
