The Jefferson Hospital Behavioral Health Build Out is a 10,800 SF renovation within an occupied hospital, aimed at expanding the hospital’s behavioral health in-patient and out-patient services. Throughout the design, Parrish provided accurate budgeting to sculpt the design and established feasibility for the project. This project included:
Removal of existing mechanical, electrical, medical gas, plumbing, and ceilings
Renovations included a new roof, emergency generator, and a floorplan to strengthen patient care
