This 6,350 square foot administrative building metal building and 6,000 square foot pole barn were built to serve the growing needs of the City of Perry. This facility contains 8 offices, a moisture and water damage resistant file room/storage, a conference room, and maintenance garage. The project also included a pole barn for general storage and equipment testing areas.
