Parrish Construction Group delivered the $53.2M Thomasville 6–12 Project, a 91,000 square foot educational campus in Thomasville, Georgia. Executed across six carefully sequenced phases, the project included five new facilities and the renovation of two historically registered buildings — all while maintaining uninterrupted operations on an active campus with up to 700 students present daily. Despite navigating major utility relocations, groundwater challenges, and six school superintendent transitions, the project was completed on schedule with zero lost-time accidents.
